Makrand comes from Indore — a peaceful Tier-2 city, far from the hustle of metro life.

He didn’t start with big brands or fancy degrees.

His career began in a one-room consultancy with no laptop, no systems — just a chair, a table, and a landline phone. 📞

💔 It took him 5 years to finish engineering. Most people give up at that point.

But not Makrand.💬 “I wasn’t the smartest… but I never stopped trying.”

He didn’t know what the future held. But he knew he loved talking to people — and that’s how his journey in recruitment began.

😟 He was shy.

 He wasn’t confident in English.

 He feared judgment.

 He got rejected — again and again.

💬 "I used to pray for even one person to talk to me on calls."

 But he didn’t stop. He made one more call… and then another.

 Slowly, his fear turned into belief. 🙌

🚪 Then came the pandemic.

 Newly married. Suddenly laid off. No income.

That hurts. 💔

But within 7 days, he got rehired.
