If you're a parent, you’ll relate when I say: a startup is like your baby.
And in my case… I’m raising five babies at once! 👶👶👶👶👶

🎯 What I’ve learned in just 2 months of building from scratch:
✅ A strong and complementary co-founder is a must. I'm lucky to have Puneet Kumar — a fellow dreamer and a powerhouse of positivity 💪
✅ A supportive family is everything.
They stood by me when I quit a high-paying job to chase a crazy dream — to create global impact in the recruitment world 🌍
✅ As a founder, you wear every hat:
Recruiter, strategist, IT support, planner, delivery guy, teammate, father, husband, son — sometimes all in a single day.
Yes, it’s chaotic. Yes, it’s scary. But it’s also incredibly fun, fulfilling, and full of growth. 🔥
