Meet Abhisek Agarwal, co-founder of Fomogo — an AI-powered hiring platform that's changing how recruiters screen candidates đŸ€–đŸŽŻ


🚾 At just 9 years old, Abhisek left home for boarding school.

 He didn’t know how to make his own bed, but life was already teaching him grit đŸ’Ș


He grew up among tea gardens and humble beginnings


While other kids played in the backyard, he was learning horse-riding, archery, bamboo weaving, and theatre 🐎🎭

“When everyone’s struggling together, you grow stronger together.”


After Class 10, he moved to Delhi to prepare for IIT. But guess what?

He didn’t crack it.


Instead of giving up, he changed direction.

 💡 Joined Amity on full scholarship

Â đŸ’» Studied Computer Science

 🎒 Took a gap year (super rare!)

Â đŸŒ± Interned at a hydroponics startup

Â đŸ§‘â€đŸ’» Stayed for 4 years — and built their entire tech team from scratch!


đŸ’„ Fast-forward a few years, after working in AgriTech and FinTech startups


 He noticed a broken hiring system — same-looking resumes, gut-based decisions, and unfair opportunities 😓


So he built Fomogo — where AI helps recruiters run better first-round interviews and lets candidates show their real selves đŸ“č✹

Today, his platform is helping teams reduce hiring time from 30 days to under 10!


🧠 Abhisek’s Biggest Belief:

“There’s no such thing as the best fit — only the right fit.”
