I AM A RECRUITER is a brand/initiative operated by Deori RecruiterHub OPC Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd.

We operate a recruiter community and related professional services, including Fractional Talent Acquisition, recruiter learning programs and cohorts, Premium 1:1 career/interview support, community activities, events and related content.

2. Information we collect

The information collected depends on how you interact with us.

Community and event registrations

• Name, email address, mobile/WhatsApp number and location.
• Job title, company/organisation and LinkedIn profile URL where requested.
• Event participation details and information you voluntarily submit for a session, such as a role or job description.

Recruiter Cohort applications

• Name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, current role and company where provided.
• Recruiting experience, capability gap, current challenge and application/fit status.
• Payment and onboarding status after qualification.

Premium 1:1 applications

• Name, contact details, LinkedIn URL, current role and years of experience.
• Target role/company, interview stage/date where relevant, recent interview outcomes, feedback received and the difficulty you want support with.
• Information about what you have already tried and the support you are seeking.

Fractional TA and business enquiries

• Your name, business contact information, company and role.
• The hiring problem, business context and other information you choose to provide during qualification or delivery.

Payment and transaction information

Payments may be processed through Razorpay. We may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount and related billing information required for reconciliation. We do not need to store your full card or UPI credentials on this website.

Technical information

Our hosting providers, browser resources and third-party services may automatically receive standard technical request data such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps and requested pages as part of operating the website.

3. How we use your information

• To record and respond to community, event, Cohort, Premium 1:1 and Fractional TA applications or enquiries.
• To assess fit and recommend the appropriate next step before payment where a service is application-led.
• To deliver paid programs, consulting, coaching, events and onboarding.
• To send application confirmations, operational updates, reminders, payment/onboarding information and other service-related communications.
• To maintain internal lead, application, payment and delivery records.
• To respond to support, privacy, cancellation and refund requests.
• To protect the website and services against misuse, fraud or security issues.
• To meet accounting, tax, contractual, legal or dispute-resolution requirements where applicable.

We do not use application information as a product for sale to data brokers.

4. Service providers and external platforms

We use third-party services to operate the website and deliver our services. Depending on your interaction, your information may be processed by:

• Google services — including Google Apps Script, Sheets, Drive and Gmail for form processing, operational records, document storage and email communication.
• Razorpay — for payment processing where a payment link is provided.
• WhatsApp / Meta — when you choose to continue a conversation with us on WhatsApp.
• Railway — for website hosting and associated infrastructure.
• LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook — when you follow outbound links or interact with our social channels.
• Google Fonts and other web/CDN resources — used to render parts of the website; those providers may receive standard network request information.

Those providers operate under their own privacy terms and security practices. We share only information reasonably needed for the relevant purpose.

5. Documents, job descriptions and sensitive information

Some event or service flows may allow or request supporting documents such as a job description. These may be stored using Google Drive or another operational workspace so we can review them for the relevant event or engagement.

6. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage an enquiry or application, deliver the service, maintain business/accounting records, handle disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of record.

Where information is no longer reasonably needed and there is no legal or operational reason to retain it, we may delete or anonymise it.

7. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or updating, withdraw a communication preference, or request deletion where appropriate. Some records may need to be retained for payment, tax, contractual, fraud-prevention or legal reasons.

To make a privacy request, email hello@iamarecruiter.in from the email address associated with your application or account so we can reasonably verify the request.

We aim to handle personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related rules as and when the relevant provisions apply.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the services we operate. No internet transmission, cloud service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting information you choose to send through email, forms, WhatsApp or other third-party platforms and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive information.

9. Communications

If you submit an application or enquiry, we may contact you about that specific request and relevant next steps. You can ask us to stop non-essential promotional communication at any time. Transactional or service-related communication may still be necessary while an application, payment, event or engagement is active.

10. External links

Our website links to third-party sites and platforms. Their privacy practices are outside our control. Review their policies before submitting personal information to them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, systems or legal requirements change. The current version and last-updated date will be posted on this page.
