1. About I AM A RECRUITER

I AM A RECRUITER is a brand/initiative operated by Deori RecruiterHub OPC Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd.

We operate a recruiter community and provide professional services that may include Fractional Talent Acquisition, recruiter cohorts and learning programs, Premium 1:1 career/interview support, events, workshops, community activities and related content.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, joining a community or event, submitting an application, purchasing a paid service, or accepting a written proposal or onboarding document, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity.

If a signed proposal, statement of work, engagement letter, invoice, payment page or onboarding document contains terms that specifically govern a paid engagement, those specific terms take priority over these website terms to the extent of any direct conflict.

3. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when applying, registering or purchasing. Paid services are intended for adults who can enter into a binding agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

4. Our services

Community and events

Community membership, content, live sessions and events may be free or paid. Event format, date, availability and access conditions are communicated for the relevant event.

Recruiter Cohort

The AI-Enabled Strategic Talent Advisor Cohort is an implementation-led learning program for working recruiters. Current batch details, fees, schedule, inclusions and qualification criteria are shown on the relevant Cohort page or payment/onboarding communication.

Premium 1:1

Premium 1:1 services provide personalised career and interview support. The current Interview Conversion Intensive is role-specific preparation built around diagnosis, calibration, evidence, mock practice and correction. Scope is confirmed before payment.

Fractional Talent Acquisition

Fractional TA is a business-to-business advisory and execution service. Scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, client responsibilities, confidentiality and termination terms should be set out in the relevant proposal, statement of work or engagement agreement.

5. Applications and qualification

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into a program or engagement. Some services are deliberately qualification-led. We may review information you provide and decide that the service is not the right fit, that a different service is more appropriate, or that we cannot take on the engagement.

Do not submit information you do not have the right to share. Where you provide employer, hiring, candidate or third-party information, you are responsible for ensuring that sharing it with us is lawful and appropriate.

6. Pricing, payment and invoices

Prices, fees and payment schedules are communicated on the relevant landing page, payment page, proposal or written confirmation. Prices may change for future purchases; a change does not alter a completed payment unless separately agreed.

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another disclosed payment provider. The payment provider's own terms and processing rules also apply. Any applicable taxes, invoice details or payment conditions will be handled as required for the relevant transaction.

Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and, for Fractional TA or other custom business engagements, the specific written agreement.

7. Service-specific terms

Recruiter Cohort participation

• The Cohort requires active participation and applied work; purchasing access does not itself prove competence.
• Any certificate offered is a certificate of completion under the stated completion criteria. It is not an accredited degree, licence or guarantee of employer recognition.
• Recording, catch-up and missed-session arrangements are only those communicated for the relevant batch. Do not assume every session will be recorded.
• Program materials are for the registered participant's personal learning and may not be resold, republished or distributed without permission.

Premium 1:1 participation

• Preparation is tailored to the agreed role/company or scope.
• You remain responsible for the truthfulness of your CV, interview answers, applications and representations to employers.
• We will not support fabricated experience, false credentials, deceptive interview practices or other unethical conduct.

Fractional TA engagements

• The client retains final responsibility for hiring decisions, employment terms, candidate selection and internal approvals.
• Hiring outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including role feasibility, compensation, employer brand, market supply, interviewer decisions and candidate choices.
• The written proposal or statement of work governs the commercial scope and engagement-specific obligations.

8. Your responsibilities and acceptable conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, community, programs or services. In particular, you must not:

• Submit false, misleading, unlawful or unauthorised information.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate or deliberately mislead community members, participants, clients or our team.
• Share confidential candidate, employer or participant information without appropriate authority.
• Copy, scrape, republish, resell or commercially exploit protected program material without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, compromise or gain unauthorised access to website systems or third-party services.

We may remove community access, decline service or suspend participation where there is a material breach, safety concern, non-payment, abusive conduct or misuse.

9. Intellectual property

The I AM A RECRUITER name, branding, original website content, course frameworks, templates, training materials, videos and other materials created by us remain ours or are used under appropriate rights unless expressly stated otherwise.

Paid participation gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own learning or internal work, subject to the specific service terms. It does not transfer ownership or grant a right to resell, publicly distribute or represent our material as your own.

You retain ownership of original information and materials you provide to us. You grant us permission to use them only as reasonably necessary to assess, deliver and administer the requested service, subject to our Privacy Policy and any engagement-specific confidentiality terms.

10. Third-party services and links

We use or link to services such as Google, Razorpay, WhatsApp/Meta, Railway and social platforms. Those services have their own terms, availability and privacy practices. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or actions of third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

11. No job, hiring or business-outcome guarantee

Our services are designed to improve diagnosis, preparation, recruiting capability, decision quality or hiring execution. Results depend on the participant's or client's actions and on market and third-party factors we do not control.

12. Confidentiality and professional judgment

Where an engagement involves confidential business or career information, we expect both sides to handle that information responsibly. More specific confidentiality obligations may be included in a Fractional TA proposal, NDA, statement of work or other written agreement.

Career, recruiting and hiring guidance reflects professional judgment based on the information available at the time. You remain responsible for your final personal, employment, hiring and business decisions.

13. Cancellation, refunds and rescheduling

Our standard program and Premium 1:1 rules are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Fractional TA and other custom engagements follow the applicable written commercial agreement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from use of free content, community participation, third-party platform failure, or decisions made independently by a user based on general information from the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer rights that apply to a particular transaction.

15. Changes, suspension and discontinuation

We may update website content, program formats, future pricing or service availability. For a paid engagement already accepted, material changes to agreed scope are handled through the applicable written terms or mutual agreement.

We may suspend access for material breach, non-payment, unlawful activity, abusive conduct or security risk.

16. Governing law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protections and any mandatory jurisdiction rules, courts at Bangalore, Karnataka will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these website terms. A separate written business agreement may provide its own dispute-resolution terms.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as our services or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will be posted on this page. Terms already agreed for a specific paid engagement will continue to be governed by the applicable agreement unless both sides agree otherwise or law requires a change.
